Project manager's emotional intelligence and project performance: The mediating role of project commitment

Emotional intelligence is considered to be important for project managers affect performance, but emotional does not always play an effective role. Based on conservation of resource theory, this article explores the impact managers’ performance. The results show that affects performance through mediating effect commitment, and complexity negatively moderates commitment.
